TEAM LEADER

Team Leader:


Acting as a conduit between Executive Board members and staff, a team leader is responsible for managing a group of people and spend activity information, distribute workloads, performance evaluation and reporting on developments. Group leader (sometimes called supervisor) can be found in every field, including hospitals, call centers and offices.

Salary expectations?
Group leaders is the first step in management, so salaries may vary from £ 15 k to £ 25 k per year. With a little experience, however, you are looking at an annual salary of £ 40 k plus.
